In preparation for this year's Grad Nite events, I wanted to let you know that we have a new email address! wcwgradnite@yahoo.com please use this email from now on when sending email's to the board or making inquires.
Our Grad Nite website remains the same and can be found at: www.willcwoodgradnite.com. Please check in ofen to find out the latest news and happenings!
The first meeting of the year is scheduled for Sept. 16th, 7:00 PM. We are recruiting for a Grad Nite Chair, and two Co-Chairs for Grad Nite 2011. We have filled the Treasurer and Secretary positions. Please consider stepping up into one of these positions to ensure that the 2011 graduates have a successful grad nite event again this year! It is preferred that at least the chair position be filled with an undergrad or alumni parent with P/T job, or at least very flexible employment, with access to email during the day and evening and has the ability to effectively delegate! We do have most of the details throughly documented and ready to hand over...
Also remember that Grad Nite tickets will be on sale at back to school night (date to be announced), so make sure you get your tickets early at the LOWEST price of the year!
Thank you,
